The quickest and easiest to make a booking with us is by filling in the form below. To secure your consultation, a non-refundable booking fee of £50 is required at the time of booking. This fee confirms your appointment, and will be used at the time of appointment. Please note, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
